probably, u've injured the hymen ( a thin curtain of skin like tissue) just inside the mouth of the vagina, and that could be the cause of bleeding. If it was painless and does not recur, then that seems to be the most likely explanation, however if it does come back, there is a serious risk of having some internal (mucosal) injury that may require medical opinion
